When I worked at a nutrition store in high school, I discovered I could bake and make my favorite recipes with protein. Fast forward, the protein pancake is not only my personal go-to, but the number one recipe for Tone It Up girls!
Makes 1 serving Ingredients:
1 scoop Tone It Up Protein (your fave flavor!)
½ banana, mashed
½ Tbsp. almond milk
¼ cup egg whites
1 tsp. cinnamon Coconut oil spray
1. Mash your banana with almond milk before stirring in remaining ingredients.
2. Spray pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in batter.
Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes *** The key to the perfect protein pancake is to cook them slow and low!
