When I was coming up with the concept, I realized that in my lifetime, I’ve been able to witness the evolution of fitness for women— from step aerobics, to Jane Fonda, the spandex era, and women lifting weights and saying, ‘this is for me too’.
Women started doing things that had never been seen before. It took courage and bravery. For us to truly evolve, we have to do things that we’ve never done. 💪
