Happy Friday! I have a very special episode for you today… I am sitting down with one of my dear friends, Liz Plosser. She has worked every wellness dream job from Self Magazine, to Cosmo, Soul Cycle, Well and Good, and now the Editor in Chief of Women’s Health Magazine!
She just wrote and published her book, Own Your Morning where she helps you identify your core values and the way you want to spend your energy and time. It all starts with her philosophy that “good days start with good mornings”.
Today we talk about her journey to reaching her full-potential and going after her dream of becoming an editor in chief. She decided to take a leap of faith due to the encouraging circle she surrounded herself with. Liz also breaks down her exact morning routine from the specific way that she wakes up to ending her morning with mediations and affirmations.
