I didn’t venture out too much during this pregnancy, but baby girl was there for her fair share of meetings and zoom calls. My style has been a mixture of leggings & Bumpsuits, business casual, and the rare occasion of a full glammed-out evening in a bump-friendly dress.
If you missed it, I did a post HERE a few months ago on comfy yoga clothes and my favorite demin.
BUSINESS CASUAL
I love the look of a high wasted pant with a button-down tied above the bump- it feels effortless while being comfy and cute. I posted about *baby’s first board meeting*, and a lot of you asked about the pants I was wearing. The ribbed ones are from H&M Maternity and the cashmere-looking ones are HERE. I paired them with this button-down from Shop Tan Lines. Don’t forget super comfy shoes!
Bumpsuits with blazers have been my go-to as well. Whether it’s a full length bumpsuit or biker shorts, they pair perfectly with a sweater, collared shirt, or a blazer. These shoes are the Sam Edelman from REVOLVE. They run small, so size up, especially if your feet swell.
COMFY AND CASUAL
For most days of working on the computer and answering emails at home, I’m in leggings or a Bumpsuit. If I ended up having to be on zoom, I would just throw a long cardigan over it to dress up the look a little. These leggings by Beyond Yoga are my go-to…super comfy with lots of support.
FORMAL
For the few times that I went out to an event or dinner, I loved doing a longer dress that was form-fitting. I also love the look of a high-wasted long skirt paired with a blazer. My other go-to is to wear a stretchy jumpsuit…I just wouldn’t recommend pairing it with strappy high heels (…if you saw my Instagram story, you know).
Another bumpsuit moment…
